TGK Vocal group Pop/RnB USA Based

TGK have begun to emerge as one of the most exciting chart music acts in many years; born from the brain of urban music producer Rod "Allegro" Norman (Snoop Doggy Dogg, Brandy, B2K, Beyonce) TGK sing pop with a healthy dollop of RnB flavour and a couple of guest rappers thrown in for good measure. Their debut single "Hott", released independently and in limited numbers last year through the label, topped the charts in fifteen states whilst the funky house remix topped almost the same number of dance charts, and their current single Fire, and self titled album TGK, looks set to break them through having topped airplay charts for several months.

Ivette, David, James and Gina come from a varied background of Hollywood movies, boy bands, modelling and MTV. Sisters Gina and Ivette have known David for years, and James joined the group in it's very early days as a friend of producer Allegro. Besides having an impressive album full of potential singles ready to go (and getting attention from most of the major camps) and the pop essential acapella harmonies down a treat, David's guitar abilities also led to them performing a series of acoustic sessions on radio stations up and down the UK when they were here in May, and they've already self penned at least half of a second album between them (although it certainly hasn't been so bad having a first album penned by the same team that work with Snoop Doggy Dogg, Destiny's Child, Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson).

The group established themselves with a hard slog of gigs starting with local TV and radio, it led to them being named the spokespersons for the popular teen portal TeenCentral.net (previously Justin Timberlake and ‘N Sync) and missing children's charity Childwatch, as well as creating something of an interested buzz around Hollywood. Alongside Teen Central and Childwatch TGK also support the MDA Celebrity Golf organisation (muscular dystrophy) and the American Red Cross, and were more than happy to do the same thing with UK charities Childline, the Teenage Cancer Trust and the Demelza House Children's Hospice.

Recent appearances have included a brave and impressively pulled off tour of UK nightclubs, the grand opening of Shrek 2 in Orlando, and appearances on the CBS Early Show with over 11 million viewers across the US; everyone's favourite gigs remain singing “God Bless the USA” to 70,000 fans at the opening of a Minnesota Vikings game, and performing the National Anthem to 17,000 fans of Orlando Magic.

TGK are here to set a new standard for vocal groups; displaying not only a positive and clean image for their younger fans, but an impressive rnb backroom team that takes the music to another level (and you better believe we're part of that, our own Mister Ed will be providing the dance remixes for the singles); this group promises to breathe new life into contemporary pop music.
